Capcom did promise the PC users a special gift, and this might be it. Street Fighter IV will feature three options for graphic filters on the PC. Watercolor, brushstroke, and poster. If you have used Photoshop before, then think of it as a filter gallery addition. For those who have not, picture when you use a focus attack, that is akin to the brushstroke setting. You can see the three settings below, click read more for screenshots. The first is the classic view, the next is brush, the third is poster, and the fourth is water.
