World Of Warcraft Still Offline In China >

The makers of Aion must be thanking their lucky stars every day that WoW stays offline in China. Activision Blizzard is reaching the point where players are going to start going to other games, after just about a month offline. According to Blizzard, "We have met with some factors which are out of our control [and] the servers' reopening will be delayed,” read a statement by new operator NetEase. “As of now, we don't have a specific reopening timeframe." What this means is anyone's guess. By the way, the Chinese WoW player population is rumored to account for half of the entire paying subscriber base.
