Forza Dev Says Natal Potential Is 'Immense' >

The Director of Forza 3, Dan Greenawalt, says he and the Turn 10 team are very excited at the potential that the Natal motion control system has. He said that "the moment we saw Natal, everybody was buzzing." This means that once the hardware is officially released, Forza 3 will either support it already, or get a download patch to support the motion controls. Whether or not the game will use it to steer or for more mundane things like looking left and right remains to be seen.

I am excited about this, but i have learned to wait and play something before i put stock into it. I remember be excited about putting my face into Rainbow 6 Vegas. I set it up and after 20 minutes of so of having to rescan the face model finally generated and it looked like shit. It did pick up my labret (lip piercing) though, which was cool.

It was even worse with a famale, though. My wife tried it and the rendered model came out no where near what she looks like. And forget about long hair coming out accurately.

My point is, that it was touted as being able to play as yourself, but my face scan looked no less of a stranger to me than the packaged character models.
