It seems that gormer Ubisoft Montreal COO and recent Vivendi Games hire Martin Tremblay is being blocked by Ubisoft and the Quebec Superior Court from taking his new job at Vivendi. The circumstances surrounding this injuction are a bit complicated, but the bottom line is, he is violating a non-compete clause in his contract.
