	According to GS, THQ has confirmed 4 games for the Wii launch. Avatar: The Last Airbender, Cars, Spongebob Squarepants, and Barnyard. All of these games are TV or movie adaptations though, so do not expect much. >Link

I agree 100%. Not much is expected from these four games. Each of these games has been rushed out. If it wasn't for the fact that the Wii has such inexpensive development kits that are nearly identical to Gamecube development kits, these games wouldn't exist because they would be too much of a financial risk. The bad thing is that there are always going to be a certain amount of people who are dumb enough to buy games like this when a system launches.

THQ is a dumbass, second of all one thing good about Wii is that no matter what u won't loose much money since wii is low cost development !

believe it or not, there is actually a market for these games. children (the very same ones that the movies/tv shows are made for) also play video games. These games are relatively safe purchases for parents of young children. THQ has done a good job of tapping that market. are these games that you or i would play? no, but young kids who grow up to be adult gamers have to start somewhere

can wait to put my hand on this console...i want to see if my gamecube modchip works in IT.

the ps3 will be kind of dificult to chip...

It will be very interesting to do a side-by-side comparison of Cars for GC and Wii. I betting its a simple controller mod.
