IGN has posted their hands-on impression of Rise Of Nations: Rise Of Legends. This game is the philisophical sequel to the 2003 Rise Of Legends, but it is a far cry from the previous RON game. A new 3D engine, new resources, new gameplay, and an improved Conquer The World mode are all included in this sequel, and it all works well together apparently. Check it out.
