PSX Games Now On USA PS3 Store, Gauntlet II & Rubadub Too >

	The PS3 PSN store has been updated with a ton of games today. Firstly, Gauntlet II and Super Rub-a-dub are now available in the US. On top of that, the PSX on PS3 games are now available. Here is the list: Wipeout, Destruction Derby, 2Xtreme, Jet Moto, Rally Cross, Jumping Flash, Medievil, CoolBoarders, Hot Shots Golf 2, Syphon Filter, and Tekken 2. The games are $5.99 each, grab them now!(Thanks, Inferno_2) *Note: If you have downloaded any of the PSX games on your PSP already, you can load them onto your PS3 at no charge. Just go to your "download list" and re-download the "license-only."

Sweet. I have fond memories of Gauntlet, mostly of standing in line forever at the arcade, but I'm not sure I could stand looking at the low resolution sprites for extended periods, but this might be fun to play with friends.

I prefer spending a couple bucks more on the PSStore downloads that have been upgraded with the PS3 spit and polish like GripShift and Tekken.

Yay for more PSX downloads. Too bad the stuff I REALLY want aren't available yet hehe

Who would want Tekken 2 when Tekken 5 is available. That is pretty dumb. They need to devote their resources for time better.

I laughed at todays update. Well, I actually kinda laugh everytime I boot my Ps3 up and journey to the PSN store... It's an amazing way to start your day, if feeling down, cause the lack of content or, rather, the lack of good content will be enough to make anyone smile.

Gauntlet 2? Why not 4? OR legends? I mean, 2?? What gives with that? It's such an askew game to begin with. Then we have the Hd trailers that are never full Hd, but upscaled Hd from a terrible transfer to begin with.

I dunno, folks... I love my Ps3 but this store and these updates have to improve. I'd have loved to be able to DL R.E. D.C. today and beat it tonight, I love that game and find it to be the best out of every R.E. ever made. Get on it Sony! Alundra and Suikoden 1 and 2 also.

They could've pulled better titles out of the PSX catalog than this.

UTP, some people actually like to play the classics once in a while. Why do you think the SNES is still one of the most beloved gaming consoles ever? Just because you can't comprehend that doesn't mean it isn't true.

I do think there are way better PSX games than the ones already available.

Oh man am I enjoying my PS1 games now or what. This is the fricking wave of the future right here.

Playing Crash Bandicoot on PS3, want to you know, spend some time with the wife , plug in the PSP into the USB cable, copy my save life, play the same game on my PSP with the save file, get a bit further, copy the save file back to the PS3, keep playing.

Now all I need is a PSP2 and PS4 in 2012 so I can do the same with PS2 games.

Colour me very impressed. Now if only those nobs at Square would get on board with this.
