Last week when five new maps for R6V appeared on the XBL Marketplace, users were surprised to see that they cost 800 MS points. Ubisoft had promised they would be free. Well, now MS and Ubisoft have promised to reemburse users who paid the fee over the next 10 weeks or so - yow!

"We apologise for the error. All players who purchased the Black Pack will be reimbursed automatically [within eight to 10 weeks, according to Microsoft]. The Black Pack will be posted Saturday June 30 and will be free of charge." In addition, as a "token of appreciation for the Rainbow Six community", Ubisoft will make the Red Pack free as of July 6.

No need to apologize. We all know M$ are the ones making the final decision on pricing. And we all know you're sleeping with them.

wrong again, where on earth do you get your info, DLC is left up to the developer, where does MS come in price determination of a huge third party hit, they made their cash, and offered them for free on the ps3, it was their call
