So you guys can read reviews and bicker over what machine is better, ill be actually playing ALL the games for ALL the game consoles.

i will not however defend a poorly made machine such as the 360 which is the MOST UNRELIABLE GAME CONSOLE EVER MADE hands down! thats the reality here u bitches.

I have had TWO Playstation 3 game systems that were defective.

The first Playstation 3 system was purchased new, and Sony's poor customer service EVENTUALLY sent me a refurbished Playstation 3 system with scratches all over it.



Then, the system sent to my by Sony broke! I am now on my THIRD Playstation 3 system...and the sad thing is that I rarely play the thing because it has such a small number of games.

I have two friends who have each experienced a defective Playstation 3 system at different points in time than I did...proving that it was not a "bad batch" of systems. The Playstation 3 is poorly designed, and the defects are now revealing themselves.

Get rid of the fucking caveman shit on the front page.

my ps3 runs great. and its usually always on(sometimes i just forget its on). no problems at all in almost a year of playing time.

360 on the other hand i've experienced some slow down. mainly when i go online. at first i thought it was my connection, but now i have a 10mb cable internet speed dedicated only to my room and it still slows down. not much lag when playing, but accessing the dashboard is what struggles. planning on buying the elite soon =)

incoming00: You know sometimes on my new 360 when going from blade to blade on the dashboard. Are you having this problem too??? Is anybody else???

@ Pimpdaddy: I don't even dare try using my dashboard until I am in game. Otherwise my 360 just freezes up. It definitely has something to do with Halo 3. I have had to reboot it a # of times just trying to access my friends list.

However, I am sure Krogan will (A) deny these problems exist and say that the PS3 causes colon cancer or (B) use his obvious rapier wit to fix the problem himself and then text message his solution to Bill Gates himself. They'll discuss it over punch and pie.

Then they'll play their favorite game, "Monopoly."

i experience something similar too. when changing blades, its a lil slow, off and online. also, when i get a pop up of a message, or achievement, it lags big time just accessing it. i dunno what it is, and it sucks that your new 360 is experiencing the same thing too... i guess you didnt get the new 65nm falcon magic chipset...

@PimpD. I've had the same probably only recently with Halo3, when in game.. the blades or my friendlist .. my its nothing interupts my gaming though.

People could complain about Halo3 all they want though.. MS is saying F. U Read the Number Bitches. 300 million. you can't expect each and buyer to not nick pick and complain.. the Majority rules.. Just look at the PS3 sales.

OK, I have to say it: Krogan, if you went through 2 PS3's you're obviously an ignorant noob who doesn't know what he's doing. Did you install your PS3 in a sauna or wrap it in thermal blankets then leave it running the F@H client for days on end? Defective Playstation 3

I have in FACT had TWO defective Playstation 3 systems...one from Sony themselves. And the customer service from Sony is terribly poor!

I am now on my THIRD Playstation 3 system...

At this point in time, I know two close friends who had defective Playstation 3 systems, and they were bought at different points in time, so the problem clearly cannot be blamed on a bad batch...the problem is obviously the design of the Playstation 3 itself.



Also, I would like to thank, Fair and Balanced Tech Teacher, for proving that he isn't "fair" or "balanced" in any way at all...he proved 100% that HE is the loser with too much time on his hands, because NOTHING he said mattered at all; it was all total nonsense.

But, I guess that is what happens when you spend so much time waiting for PS3 games that are Cancelled and Delayed, like Unreal Tournament 3 for the Playstation 3, which now won't be released until 2008 for the PS3, but will still be released on time with greater performance for the PC.

If anything Krogan, with each post you make you prove you are a loser. You have a lot of time on your hands b/c your 360's are likely being mailed in for repair. If you hate the PS3 so much (which you obviously do) and have had so many problems with it, why don't you just sell it or trade it in? I'll tell you why, you don't really have one. You are a liar, an xbot loser, and the biggest tool on the internet.

As for UT3, you omit Rein's statement that they are shooting for an 07 release still. Even so, if it is delayed, it will still be launched before the underwhelming, incomplete 360 version. It will have ALL of the maps and features of the PC version. For those of us w/o gaming PC's, it's easily the best option available.

It's funny to me that you create false facts and post them here. The biggest lie is that you have friends. The 2nd biggest lie is that you own a PS3. Everytime you post anything, you contradict yourself.

this game actually looks cool. I seriously still can't wait until Socom though. That is a system seller and that's what i'm waiting on before i buy my ps3.

Hey Krogan, if you had two defective PS3s in the past, what are their serial numbers and your RMA numbers? I'll know if you make it up or not, because I have an RMA number for my PS3 and know how it's formatted.
