	Well folks, the Gamestop/EB monopoly is marching on foward. The chain has just opened up its 5000th location in Jackson, California. Not only that, but the chain plans to open up another 550 stores this year alone. We already have 5, yes folks, 5 Gamestops all within 15 mins of here, how many stores do we need? >Link

Hopefully now they will at least offer games cheaper. Sux ordering them online at cheaper e-retailers with free shipping and getting them a week after release.

GameStop offers the games at MSRP, so it's not like they are overcharging you just because they can.

I used to work for GameStop/EB Games. It CAN be a good company to work for once you move out of the entry level position, but there's a lot of sneaky tactics in the management levels, from Store manager on up.

And if you think it's bad that you have 5 stores within a 15 minute ride from where you are, DM, try 8 here where I am in Cleveland. There's even a small mall 5 minutes from where I live that has 3 GameStop stores in it now, and this mall is fairly small.
