Mad Catz, formerly just a third party console accessory manufacturer, has decided to try its hand at publishing games. The company has entered into an agreement with Microsoft to become a publishing partner for software in North America and Europe. The Mad Catz published games will mostly be titles which require some sort of special input device, of course made by Mad Catz. The first of these games will be Slugger, a motion sensor driven baseball-type game.

well to be fair nintendo is not the first company to come up with gyroscopic controls, they will just likely be the first company to make it work well enough to be widely accepted.. like the wavebird, that was the first real wireless pad for a console that actually worked well, it still is my favorite and the batteries last like weeks

logitech ps2 wireless controller came out 6 months before nintendos... eventhough the wavebird is a good product, the wavebird was not the first great wireless controller.
