Sony and Nintendo are being sued for their controller design yet again, folks. This time, Copper Innovations Group is claiming that they filed for patents in January 1996 for "Hand Held Computer Input Apparatus and Method." Of course, they are seeking an immediate injunction to prevent Sony and Nintendo from producing the controllers. Here we go again.
