2K Games Boston is the studio that is responsible for the hit game Bioshock. Well, even though 2K has said time and again that the game will not appear on the PS3, the studio's website is advertising for PS3 programmers. The website says PS3 experience is "highly desirable," for the position that needs filling. Of course, rumor mill for now, but the PS3 owners who did not play the game seem to never give up!

i dont see how this is a bioshock PS3 rumor. i've read about this on ps3fanboy.com and even they didnt report it as bioshock PS3 news. i could care less if it comes to the PS3 or not, i can wait until it's 29.99 to play it on the 360. but i see it more as them working on a new IP, and they either have the PS3 in mind, or a PS3/360 multiplatform release in mind...

Response to dudeman:The logic of "more platforms, more money" doesn't apply this generation...for three reasons:(1) Microsoft gives Royalty/Licensing discounts to third-party developers/publishers when a game is released exclusively for the Xbox 360. The size of the discount actually depends on whether the game will "always" be exclusive, or whether it will be a "timed" exclusive. Also, it depends on whether or not a game will be released on only the Xbox 360, or both the Xbox 360 and PC, but no other console. Bottom Line: It is OFTEN beneficial to release games either as an Xbox 360 exclusive, or as an Xbox 360 console exclusive and PC exclusive.
(2) Sony never gave any sort of discounts to third-party developers/publishers, and they still don't. Sony's logic is, "Developing games exclusively for Playstation hardware will allow you to take advantage of unique features that only PS1/PS2/PS3 can offer, which will help your product sell better. This made sense in the era of PS1 and PS2, because PS1 and PS2 were the hardware sales leaders by such a wide margin...but this doesn't make sense during the PS3 era...and First-Person Shooter games like Bioshock won't see any benefit from "space" on a Blu-ray disc.
(3) Playstation 3 is very difficult, time consuming, and expensive to develop games for. Add in the fact that the Playstation 3 is by far the worst selling next-gen console, and it simply isn't worth it to trade the "potential" revenue of a PS3 game, when you compare "guaranteed" revenue of an Xbox 360 game--along with "guaranteed" Royalty/Licensing discounts that contribute to higher profits.

i think it can be takin as a coin flip, i mean i've read about it coming to the ps3 but i've also heard that it wont be. if it is going to be..like all other ps3 games it will be delayed then they'll say its coming out...then delayed again. i think it would be good for it to, so that the ps3 fans can get a good game.

It couldn't possibly be that 2K Boston is making another multi-plat game. You know now that they've finished with Bioshock.
