Ziff Davis Files For Chapter 11 >
2008/03/05 21:57:53: Posted by DM
It seems that Ziff Davis, one of the biggest publishers of online and offline video game features, has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy today. Today, in Southern District Court in New York, Ziff Davis announced a restructuring plan that was made with an ad hoc group of senior note holders (read: people with big money). ZD owes over $225 million as of now, and the debt will be reduced as the year progresses. No word on layoffs or closings just yet.
