Take Two Considering Non-EA Offers >
2008/03/26 8:40:00: Posted by DM
Take Two has stated that they are willing to entertain some of the offers made by third party companies, and may open discussions. The EA offer for a buyout is still being flatly rejected as the "wrong price, wrong time." Then again, not many companies have enough funds to buy a corporation like Take Two.

"The board has commenced a process for considering strategic alternatives in order to be prepared to engage in discussions with any parties, including EA, interested in a strategic business combination following Take-Two's release of Grand Theft Auto IV," said the company in a statement.
