EA Scraps BF: Bad Company Pay For Weapon DLC Scheme > |

Gamers have been up in arms since they learned that EA will be providing gamers who pay for DLC with more and better weapons in the upcoming Battlefield Bad Company. Well, it seems, halfway anyway, that EA has bowed to consumer pressure. Now, the game's limited edition will ship with the 5 or so weapons unlocked, while the regular edition will have players work to unlock the guns. Sounds like a solution where EA still gets some extra money. Smart guys over there at EA, give us something horrible, then tell us "ok fine, here is something better", when really, its worse than normal games to start with! We love capitalism. By the way, EA is calling this a "clarification."
