	ID Software announced today that production on Doom 4 has begun. The developer is also expanding its internal team to work on the game. To that end, iD is looking for talent to join the team. Doom 4 need to be more than a technical demo for IDs latest game engine, they need to concentrate they're efforts on multiplayer game play.
