Kaz Hirai spoke with TechRadar about all things Sony. Since Kutaragi left, Hirai is pretty much the main Playstation man over at Sony. He speaks about learning from mistakes, which Sony better start doing. And he admits they have a lot of work to do to get things back on track. The first step is identifying the problem, they say, so maybe things are looking up.
