	MGS4 is due out in just a month or so, and creator and legend Hideo Kojima maintains this is Solid Snake's last adventure, as well as Kojima's last involvement in Metal Gear. Fans need not worry about the franchise itself, though. According to the MTV games blog and MG associate producer Ryan Payton, he said: “I think there’s been some misconceptions that this is the last ‘Metal Gear,’” said Payton. “This is really just the last chapter of the saga of the Solid Snake story.” Good news, and the interviewer even asks why Altair's costume is included in the MGS4 bonus roster. >Link

I hope this isn't the last Metal Gear game. How else would Sony sell the PS4 when it comes out. Isn't that how they sold the PS3 for $600.00 They need some kind of bait. I just hope once MGS4 comes out that it lives up to the hype...

blacktiger: Once again your f*cking retarded, MGS2 was number 9 on top selling PS2 games at 5.56 million worldwide. It's not thier top selling game. Those honors go to Grand Turisimo and Grand Theft Auto. How does it hurt me??? I have told you many times I have never played a MGS game, and neither has 95% or more of Sony's user install base. This game doesnt have mass appeal. It may move a few consoles, but the majority of people who will buy the PS3 for MGS4 already have. They are just like you waiting b3yond till next month. Then they will buy the game, beat the game, then watch thier PS3's gather dust again...

Oh but I forgot it hurts me so bad, I cant take it anymore. Let me go end my life just because MGS4 is on the Ps3. Oh cruel world...
