2K Games Signs First MMO - Champions Online > |

2K Games has signed Cryptic Studios' MMO games Champions Online for Xbox360 and PC. This is 2K's first MMO game, and it is due out in Spring 2009. This is the same studio that created City of Heroes and City of Villains, the NCSoft PC MMO hits. The game is based on the pen-and-paper game Champions, and should play along the same lines as CoH/Cov.“Given their stellar pedigree and amazing grasp of the MMO genre, we are confident that Champions Online will deliver an innovative and exciting action MMO experience to gamers."
