Konami admits that there are "no permanent solutions" to the many technical problems that are plaguing Metal gear Online since the July 17th Gene expansion was released. Konami apologized on the official website, and made the statement. Guess players will just have to bear with it for now.

"We have been taking numerous corrective measures since the problems initially started, but unfortunately there are no permanent solutions we can announce at the present moment."

Cancel this failure...Worst online i've played in years. Horrible lag/Bad level design/Poor controls/Horrible game modes/Bad animations... I could go on and on. It's funny because if you visit the PS3 forums, fanboys will act like there's no problem and that the game doesn't suck balls. MGO = FAIL

Proof that MGS4 not only sells consoles, but turns 360 fanboys into PS3 owners!! Straight from CNBC.

Best part of article:

"After hearing about “Metal Gear Solid 4”, as well as other PlayStation exclusives in the pipeline and the awesomeness of Blu-ray, he promptly packed up his Xbox 360 and all his games and went down to Game Stop to trade them in. He bought a PS3 and “Metal Gear Solid 4.”"

LMAO. I read that sh!t on N4G yesterday. Some dumb b!tch who knows nothign about videogames on CNBC has a son that traded his 360 in for a PS3 and now its proof huh???

Well I traded my PS3 in for a 360 last year after Halo 3 launched. So does that mean that Halo 3 turns PS3 fanboys into 360 owners???

FAIL

Response to dudeman:

Unfortunately, the article from CNBC shows that there are still people who don't realize that companies like Sony and the companies Sony works with TELL BIG LIES!

Games "in the pipeline" that are STILL being called "exclusive" for the Playstation 3 are NOT exclusive!

For example, everyone in the industry knows that Metal Gear Solid 4 will be released for the Xbox 360, with a slightly different subtitle in the name.

Also, Tekken 6 is a game that PS3 fanboys like to think will be an "exlusive," but it won't be!

Also...I wonder if that woman bothered to keep her PS3 now that Gran Turismo 5 has been delayed until sometime in 2010!
