	Cliffy B. at ComicCon today, spoke a bit about the upcoming GoW movie. He said that the company is hoping to get actors who can, you know, act, not just fill out the huge Gears armor that the role requires. Cliff said he realizes that most game movies stink, and he is really shooting to make the Gears movie different. He then said, bascially, there would be no pro-wrestlers filling the main roles in the film. Let's hope so, eh? >Link

That is EXCELLENT terminology!

We do NOT want some idiot like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson playing the main role of Marcus Fenix.

In all honesty, I have to say that Dwayne Johnson might do a good job of playing Dom, though...but Johnson would definitely NOT do a good job of playing Marcus Fenix!

If I had to pick a wrestler to play Marcus Fenix, I'd have to give the edge to Hulk Hogan, since he always wears that same sort of hair thing than Fenix does.

We need to be realistic, though, if an actor is going to accurately portray the guys in Gears of War, it may come from people in the wrestling industry, or professional bodybuilders. I mean, in Gears of War, it looks like Cole has arms that are about 40" big!

And we don't want some skinny guy Tom Hanks playing Marcus Fenix, do we.

Arnold Swarzennegger would be the perfect guy to play Marcus Fenix in Gears of War.

However, Arnold would literally need to lose the accent.

i think the rock or hulk hogan would be good for marcus.

besides the rock is a very good actor
