Sony made a HUGE MISTAKE by not including a headset with the Playstation 3.

The PRIMARY REASON why third-party companies have not designed their PS3 games to include the ability to talk online while playing is because the third-party companies realize that Sony did NOT include a headset with the Playstation 3. So, the third-part companies don't want to waste their time supporting a feature that most people don't have access to.

Microsoft included a headset with the Xbox 360, and every third-party videogame allows you to talk online while playing. That is cool!

Honestly, I think the only two things worse than this are the fact that the Playstation 3 does NOT come with any form of high-definition cable, and the fact that games are still being released for the PS3 that do NOT support RUMBLE in the controller, even if you bought (wasted money on) the dualshock 3 controller.

You don't deserve a ps3.

This is a great deal! PSN is really outdoing XBL. Xbox has no equivalent to exclusive games such as warhawk and Socom Confrontation.

I agree that Sony f*cked up by not including forcefeedback, headsets, and HD cables witht he console.

But I also agree that PSN is starting to add good quality games such as WarHawk, WipeOut, and soon to be Socom.

Live doesn't have games such as Warhawk, Wipeout, or Socom, Tekken 5 DR, GT5P. But then again they have so many other games that are all online enabled with features built in from day one with Live that Sony can't compete with either. No matter how many Firmware updates or game patches they release.

I can clearly see that Sony is trying to push digital distribution of it's games. But to me the fact that every 360's game are integrated with Live features, custom in game music, force feedback, and achievements makes me still think Live > PSN.

I'm getting a Ps3 this holiday, Like I said a long time Ago I was going to get one when the price comes down, and it has really come down. By Xmas I should be able to get at half price of what it launched for. I'll probably get this bundle.

I don't know about you guys but I don't trust downloads. Hard copy's are always way better.

Shouldn't the download version be cheaper?

The Limey: It's cheaper for Sony to sell it. But as far as I have seen all downloadable games for consoles have been the same MSRP as retail versions.
