Halo 3 'Mythic' Expansion Coming? Image >

	This is, of course, rumor mill for now, but AddictGaming grabbed a snapshot of something showing the Halo 3 title screen with the word "Mythic" tagged on at the bottom. The image was taken at the PAX event, apparently. Could this be the next expansion, or even something more? Time will tell, stay tuned. >Link

I checked with some people and it's either a new difficulty level or the name for the next map pack so nothing that special.

Move along people.

if its a map pack then that is nice... for gamers...

But if its difficulty, who cares because once you beat the game, its not fun to beat it again as much as first time...

I never play it again even if it's fun, just not my thing...

I heard that Bungie has been working on a MAJOR Forge update for a while now. I don't know what this is, but it must be some kind of multiplayer update because Forge and Multiplayer are the only options and the version is 1.2...Current version is 1.1.

^ that's the other possibility I was eluding to. Next month will be a good month for Halo 3 ;)

^^^What more have you heard about a Forge update ? I've heard alot of things, but i don't know what/who to trust. I heard that they implemented full terrain controls with better mechanics and new pieces/maps.

You say next month and that's weird because i heard a few months back that a new Forge update would drop around the end of August for Halo 3. I love to create maps, so a updated version of Forge with terrain controls would be a dream.

I never said anything specifically for next month's update, I just said it was going to be a good month =)

Next time i play Halo 3 i will give you a rematch. Let me host this time because it lagged pretty bad when you hosted before. Next time you see me playing Halo 3 send me something to remind me. Oh.. We should play on the stock version of Guardian this time. I haven't played Halo in a loooong time and you play almost everyday, so you'll probably beat me. Don't let me get warmed up though...Things can get ugly when i get warmed up...LOL.
