The first official sponsor of the Sony PSN HOME virtual online player service is Red Bull. Stands to reason, as back in the day us gamers used to drink Jolt Cola with twice the sugar ad caffeine. Ah, fun times,

That's a really odd way to word this news. Anyways, it's cool that redbull is developing a game to go along with their advertising on the service. I wonder who is next to follow since this is the first non-gaming related company to jump in.Didn't they redo HOME because there was so much non-gaming advertising?

I think they are encouraging a lot of non gaming advertisers to come on board and sponser HOME. I hate to say it, the bowling and echochrome minigames are actually fun timewasters. If sponsors make minigames for their specific areas, I can see where this will be a good venture for Sony. Only question is, will Sony fully support this? Their recent support of the PSP (in addition to 3rd parties) is nothing short of terrible.

xenos my guess would be famitsu magazine . they have a home space on japan servers. its pretty cool but i can't understand any of it obviously.
and v the psp is doing very well software and hardware wise in japan . on track to out sell every system there this year. its still coming to grips in the west . sony is not giving up that's for sure.

Great source of revenue, this is true, but I swear they got too ad heavy before so they needed to restructure HOME, part of the reason for the delay.I'll look for a link tomorrow to see how crazy I am =p
