You spend €60 on a game and you get 3 chances to install it, you could get 3 errors when installing the game and then your screwed out of your money, what do they expect.

I'm still fairly sure that if you challanged DRM in a european common law court it would be seen as illegal on the terms of breach of consumer rights.
