Codemasters has also released screens from the Xbox360 game we told you about earlier. Specifically the one that Clive Barker is working on entitled Jericho. The screens do indeed look a bit freaky, but we are not convinced they are in-game real time shots. You decide.

Codemasters has released three new screens from the first next-gen installment of their popular Colin McRae off road series. These are just labeled as "next-gen," no sepcific console was listed.

The Hollywood Reporter has posted an article on horror master Clive Barker's latest foray into the videogame market. He is workign on a game with Codemasters entitled Clive Barker's Jericho. The M-rated title is scheduled for a late 2007 release on next-gen consoles and PC, for a bit of the game's background check the link.

PRESS RELEASE

New York, USA (June 27, 2006) – Paradox Interactive, a leading publisher and developer of critically acclaimed strategy titles, announced today that they have signed the follow-up to "Soldiers: Heroes of World War II" by Codemasters. In the new title named "Silent Heroes", the player takes control of a special operations force during World War II. The game is based on the “Heroes” engine and will appeal greatly to fans of the original title.

The upcoming Codemasters RPG Overlord is still looking good as you can see from these screenshots. The game certainly has an appealing artistic style, if nothing else.

Codemasters has released the first images and info for the next-gen of Rally Racing. COlin McRae next-gen, as the game is called now, is due out sometime in 2007 for Xbox360 and Playstation 3. They have even been so kind as to include two images. Click read more for the images and info.

Colin McRae Rally, the genre-leading off-road racer, is to return in 2007, Codemasters announced today. The all-new McRae game, (working title CMR’07), is now in development exclusively for next-generation platforms.

Codemasters sends along official word of Overlord, their new XBox360/PC action adventure game. The screens are very impressive, they have a sort of bubbly quality about them that reminds us of Kameo. Click on the news title for the screens and info.

Codemasters today announces an original next-generation title with the signing of Overlord from developer Triumph Studios, whose pedigree includes the award-winning strategy series Age of Wonders.

A few days ago we told you about a new Micro Machines game that was coming out for handhelds and the Playstation 2. Well now we have some screens of the game for you. Don't get too excited, they are not that great looking, but we are sure the fun gameplay is intact. At least, we hope so. Click on the news title for the screens.

Apparently Codemasters took out an ad in the manual for MMORPG RF Online for a new Micro Machines game. The game, entitled Micro Machines V4, is headed to PSP, PS2, and PC. That is all the details we have thus far. More when we have it.
