SCE Europe has annoucned that it has stopped production on two PS3 titles in development at Sony London Studios. Both the new The Getaway game and Eight Days are on indefinite hiatus. "This decision was made following an internal review of all games and it was deemed that with the incredibly strong list of exclusive first party titles coming up both this year and in the near future, resource should be reallocated to enhance those projects closer to completion.

In top of this, the PS3 version of the game is still on track. Good news all around, may be we can get Guy Ritchie (Snatch, Lock Stock) to make the movie.
