*Sorry for the technical problems we didn't expect such a turnout. Should be fine now.

This month's issue of Nintendo Power had some great dirt on the Revolution. We have summarized the info for you below, click read more for all of it. Bob Ross game for Revolution, we thought that was an April Fool's joke! (Thanks, lancubap)

“The Tony Hawk Revolution” is confirmed as a Revolution title. It is Activision’s first title for the coming Revolution. Title is called “Tony Hawk: Downhill Jam." as you aalready know.

Bob Ross Revolution game is pretty much confirmed by Nintendo Power.

A picture is shown of the fan who stood out at GDC with the Iwata drops Bomb sign, Nintendo Power comments with “A Nintendo superfan displays his excitement at GDC. He’ll have to wait until E3 for the real bomb to drop.”

SpongeBob Squarepants confirmed and its entitled “SpongeBob Squarepants: Creature from the Krusty Krab." Screenshots are shown in the magazine but only from the Gamecube version.

Many games were mentioned such as Revenge of Shinobi and A Link to the Past. We expect these games to show on the Revolution Virtual Console interface.

IGA, producer of the Castlevania series was asked about doing a Castlevania title for Revolution, the following was his response: “I can’t say that I’m working on Revolution. I’m really busy with the DS game right now. I really like the controller, though, so if time allows and if Revolution is well-received, then I would love to work on it.”

Nintendo Power interviews Yoot Saito, creator of Odama and asked about Revolution and how he might use the Revolution controller, he said “Oh, yes, I have many things to say about this. But I just can’t comment right now. You know, confidentiality agreements and all. But wait for my next title. I swear that I’ll create something that you’re going to like. And I look forward to sitting down with you to discuss it at length when the time comes!"

Regarding a new Kid Icarus game, they said “Until Pit makes his triumphant return one day, Kid Icarus will live on in the hearts of old-school gamers, who may, at least, revisit Angel Land of Revolution’s virtual console.”

Next Month (July Issue) Preview: “With the DS hitting its stride and the Revolution on its way, Nintendo is making alot of noise. Watch for big news on both.” The first preview is Revolution Evolution and states “The next console is taking shape. We’ll have feature coverage on Revolution titles, and early announcements from E3.” Also an interview with Reggie Fils-Aime will be available. A picture of the Revolution controller is also shown.

In the “Don’t-Miss Calendar” it says “Though May doesn’t have a ton of games in store, it’ll still be a megaton month: the New Super Mario Bros. game shakes up the present while E3 shakes up the future.”

Tony Hawk: Downhill Jam details for Revolution: The game is an exclusive for Nintendo Revolution and DS. “…By using the Revolution controller’s motion-sensitivity, racers will be able to turn and boost without touching a button. The game will also feature button combinations to pull off tricks that recall the controls for the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and Tony Hawk’s Underground titles…” A full feature with screenshots and more details will be available in the July Issue. The game is developed by Toy for Bob and published by Activision. Four Player Split-Screen multiplayer feature. Eight new racers. Eight huge environments are real-world locations (includes Machu Picchu).

Oh just shut it. You don't know how good or bad Kid Icarus Revolution(or just Icarus, as has been rumoured) will be, if it's actually done.

Always has been? Lol. There has been like one Kid Icarus game before this.

Uh, there was more than one Kid Iccarus game. If you count GameBoy. And I do, because that game for GameBoy was better, in my opinion of course, than the NES one. I really want to see Pit make a comeback!

This is certainly great news all around for the Nintendo Revolution. It's hard to believe, but in just two weeks we'll actually get to play it at E3. Thank you Mr. Shigeru Miyamoto and all at Nintendo in advance for what's sure to be an amazing week!

One ting that i find annoying is how fanboys, yes fanboys, treat the corporate people as if they were their butt-buddies. "thank you mr miyamoto" do you really think he reads this crap? do you think he's gonna thank heywood jablome when he takes a pic at e3 next to the revolution? yet another reason why people keep on downplaying video games. Yeah in that case, thanks mr gates, this need for speed sure is awesome, and mr miyamoto, yet another console for you to drop yet more incessant mario crap on. ps3 is the ultimate door-stop though.

My delusions have all been swept away. Thank you, wobbkly, for saving me from myself. I'm going home now, to remove the Miyamoto poster from my bedroom wall.
