	From our weekend in-case-you-missed-it department, it seems the PS3, at least, is going to get a demo of the much-anticipated Final Fantasy XIII. Apparently, the Advent Children movie Blu-Ray edition will also feature a demo of the PS3 version of the upcoming game -- great news. We are sure this will boost AC sales, which is great too, the movie was decent. >Link

I dont care if this game actually came on Xbox 360 first,

but you ladies were laughing and gigling and jiggling,

VagTiger, don't get your panties wet its just a Demo.. We all know they haven't started work on the 360 version matter fact the Dev team said they haven't received the tools do it on the 360. Its taking them 2 to 3 years to make it for the PS3. I'll probably take time 6 months to port it.

How does it make you feel that reliable industry sources have specifically said that even if the North American and European versions of Final Fantasy 13 were finished before the Xbox 360 version, the Playstation 3 version would be PUT ON HOLD until the Xbox 360 version was ready to be released simultaneously!

This is the EXACT same sort of thing that the Xbox 360 had to put up with when Grand Theft Auto 4 was released. Grand Theft Auto 4 was ready to be released for the Xbox 360, but NOT the Playstation. Sadly, Xbox 360 owners had to wait all that extra time because the contract said the Xbox 360 version could not release prior to the PS3 version.

It's called KARMA!!! Playstation 3 gets to experience some of that crap now, too!

There's no point in fighting amongst ourselves at this point. Microsoft officially announced at the E3 this year that the Xbox 360 would outsell the Playstation 3 worldwide this generation. Now that we know the "sales war" is over, we can play games with each other and be friends.

Ms announed it would outsell the ps3 this year?? WHAT???? Someone quick STOP THE PRESSES. Of course they think that. Perhaps they should talk to Activision who recently announced that the ps3 would outsell the 360 in 2008 by 1-2 million. 360 is only ahead in N. America by 4 million at the moment so i predict only a 1-2 million lead in 2009 with complete Sony domination by end of 2009. You heard it here first folks.....

Activision, EA......looks like everyone is jumping on the ps3 bandwagaon.

LOL. Dudeman pulling numbers out of his a$$ again. Microsoft has a comfortable 6.5 million lead in the US in total console sales. Worldwide the number is 5.5 million. Damn you can spin some sh!t. Then you release the past quarters results as if it was EA making more money on the PS3 than the 360 for the past year. It was the past fiscal quarter. Yet you conveniently ignored the prior fiscal year when 360 sales for EA software spanked PS3 Sales.

Spin some more. Your a$$hole must be raw from taking that Playstation Pole for a ride by now :p

Outselling wouldn't suprise me, but what Activision said really suprise me, if they even said that...

what's funny is it isn't just activision, but LOTS of analysts are predicting the same outcome. This is basically the beginning of the end of the 360 as we know it...

LOL. Dudeman hanging his hat on some analysts predictions instead of looking at facts. I think it is 50/50 on who will sell more consoles in the US this year. There are 2 things the PS3 has going for them. Blu-Ray and that the 360 has reched a market saturation point for hardcore gamers. Thats why the 360 is dropping it's price. It's cheaper to manufacture now and been on the market for almost 3 years.

Dudeman: If the PS3 was selling as fast as the Wii then I would shut up and let you gloat. But it's not. Worldwide the PS3 has the 360 by the balls. but here in the US. The 360 is still top dog over the PS3.

If somehow Microsoft manages to beat the PS3 in the US this generation then that is a HUGE factor for the next generation of consoles.

Last but not least. Keep this in mind. My brother bought a PS3 for games, yet doesn't use it online, or use the HD capabilities. So he is a casual gamer.

My sister bought the PS3 for Blu-Ray, yet didnt have it hooked up with an HDMI cable, and had no movies, and 1 game. Oblivion. which she never plays. She is an audio/videophile.

I bought the PS3 last year for games and so my wife could have Blu-Ray. I bought 1 game and 1 movie and got the 5 free movies deal.

The PS3 has a wide varied demographic. Some people want games, some peopel want movies, some people bought it as an impulse buy, some people want it for everything. It has alot going for it. I will admit that.

But the 360 is a videogame console. Thats why it generates so much software revenue for 3rd parties. That's why it's First Party Exclusives sell more than the PS3's exclusives too. Thats why people dont mind paying $50.00 for Live every year.

Anyways to finish my rant thats why I plan to own all 3 consoles and upgrade my PC at the end of this year. It doesn't pay to be a fanboy. I want access to as many games as possible. Super Smash Brothers still rocks on the Wii. I'm gonna get MarioKart for the Wii soon too.

I have the money set aside for my own PS3. I'm just waiting to see if they drop the price for the Holidays...

I will continue to defend the 360, but the PS3 is slowly gaining my admiration. The Wii is for my kids, but I will grab a damn Wii-mote from time to time so I can whoop thier a$$ at some MarioKart or Super Smash Brothers.

I'm still waiting for your friend requests on PSN. Or you can give me your PSN ID's right here Dudeman and BlackTiger. Unless of course you dont own PS3's...

I seriously apologize for making fun of this game last year. I haven't tried Geometry Wars 2 yet. But damn SSDHD rocks.

I think you can transfer anything purchased off of PSN on up to 5 systems from the same account.
