I don't see how anyone can doubt it'll be released in 09, it's been in development forever.

Would love to know the stats on the game, that's for sure.

Man this game makes anyone love cars automatically, i'm only getting this game to learn vehicles, apparently, If you get this game, they will release free 24/7 gran turismo tv on PS3 !!!!

Can;t wait to learn all of it since i only know how to change oil !!!

And top of that, we all know this game is beyond hardcore racing !

If this isn't the greatest racing game ever by miles than i will be disappointed, it feels like it was announced a decade ago, same for GTPSP where the hell was that, they announced that at the PSP launch.

I was a fan of the previous one's so i am looking forward to it, Forza 2 was disapointing hope this lives up to my expectations.

As long as you're expecting the GT in (faked) 1080p, then you won't be disappointed nemesis.

I'm more interested to know what they did with the game other than upping the poly count. High poly counts does not a good sim make. Their lighting model is awesome, would love to know about that. What kind of physics engine do they have in the game, and how about a damage system?

i'm not expecting anything new just i want to see effects being uses properly, like a very close version of raytrace.

lmao!!

You actually believe them when they say that they have ray tracing done in the garage scenes?!

Come on man, you know that's all bull.

What kind of effects need to be used properly?

Ok back, yeah anyways, the lighting in GT5 is beautiful anyways, I wouldn't worry if they pulled off any kind of real or fake ray tracing.

The lighting/shadowing model is where the game gets a lot of it's photo-realistic look from. IMO this was one of the weaker areas of Forza's presentation, they really need to work on their lighting.

I might as well await, and play GT5 on the PS4!

GT5 Prologue looks and plays beautifully, but no denying on the fact that polyphony needs to add some sort of damage to the cars.

Anyway , I hope the long waiting is worth it.

i know that realtime raytrace is still expected to be 30 years away same for realtime G.I. in consoles anyway, but i'm expecting very realistice shaders and if they pull of a decent level of Ambient oculision, i'll be happy that all i really want to see.

sorry about spelling errors.
