The Fallout 3 1.5 title update is now available on Xbox Live. On the 360, you will be promoted to download at game startup, as per usual. On the PC, you can download and isntall separately. The update is primarily to prepare to support Broken Steel, new achievements have been added. There are also some bug fixes as well. The NPC issue where they did not load into cells immediately after players has been fixed. Also, VATS calculations not appearing on the PC edition has been fixed.
