	We bring you some hi-resolution pictures of the HD-DVD addon for the XBox 360. As you can see from the picture, it doesn't really look like there is any type of HDMI video output on the back of the device, but we will not know for sure until MS gives us more info. What is the author of this article talking about. In the sixth pic. the second port to the left is a HDMI output port!!

That's actually a mini-USB port if I'm not mistaken.

Though I do hope it sprouts an HDMI jack before launch.

Why would it need a HDMI output if it is going into the 360 through USB? I believe the XBOX360 has one doesn't it?

Nope, no HDMI on the 360.

"if I'm not mistaken" ( Jon ) Sorry you are mistaken. Take a look on the back of a cable box that has a HDMI output or better yet look on Google it's a HDMI port.

You can't have a HD-DVD or Blu-Ray player with out HDMI out puts it's apart of the Copy protection of the format.
