Microsoft's New XNA Package On PC Supports Wiimote Input > |

Believe it or not, Microsoft is showing Nintendo a little love with their latest XNA package. The software dev kit supports the Wiimote, and coders can use it as an input source on software made with the new XNA set. Keep an eye out, you may see Windows-based Wiimote-controlled games!

The article you have regarding XNA supporting the Wiimote is incorrect. I know this because I'm the author of the library that Chad Hower is using. You can find the article I wrote + source code at Microsoft's Coding4Fun:[link removed] author for their site.I've been in communication with Chad for the past month or so and knew of this demonstration he'd be giving. And while it is written in XNA, the Wiimote support is provided by my library and has nothing to do with XNA itself.I can provide more information, email addresses, etc. if required to substantiate the claims. Let me know if that's required. Thanks,Brian Peekwww.brianpeek.com
