The unexpected success of the Wii proves that this type of technology plays a big role in what consumers want.

Playstation uses a watered-down version of the technology with their "six-axis" stuff, but people like the more advanced technology used with the Wii.

Plus, Wii keeps things simple with just one or two buttons to press half the time. That brings back memories of days of the original NES and Genesis when things were totally simple and fun to play.

I like this idea for Xbox 360, and I look forward to seeing what happens.

PS3 "copies" Wii by adding motion to controller: this just shows the true talent of Sony. they copy every idea from everyone. even though there is a video of Sony beta testers using a motion sensing controller from the year 2000, its clear that the one who released the video has been proven to be from an unreliable source, like many unreliable sources that make the PS3 look good or favor the PS3 in any way or form.

Microsoft "copies" Wiimote in every way, even look: this is the best idea ever because Microsoft created it. this has to be the most original idea in video game history. it'll utilize sensing that the PS3 and Wii fail by comparison with a new bluetooth infared sensing mechanism that MS created using frequencies that can be picked up by NASA radios.

Look number I like the idea that Sixaxis had jsut little bit motion sensor, although i dont like it too much just Ratchet and Clank, now lets talk about MS

They say gonna create Wii mote style, they think by doin gthat its gonna sell a lot of system fine.

Lets see:

1) Either they create like Wii mote style with two buttons which gonna make Xbox 360 look bad cause u need to get another controller for certain games

or

2) Have a x360 controller with wii mote style with tons of buttons and make it like Nwii, which would be insane cause

while your swinging around you also have another 6-8 buttons to take care off...

Its not about the controller or the buttons, its also how creative the games has to be...

They gonna have to make a simple games for casual gamers, otherwise only hardcore is just gonna buy, like kroganato, he will buy even if it sucks just because its made by MS,

at least be real man !

Yes, I have mentioned many things that I don't like about the Xbox 360.

For example, earlier today (before you made your comment) I made a comment about Unreal Tournament 3 and how it isn't even worth releasing on the Xbox 360 because that series doesn't do well on consoles.

Also, I have complained many times about the Xbox Live Arcade "License" nonsense that happens when you try and transfer files from a Pro system to an Elite. I often point out that the Official Xbox Magazine agrees with me about that.

So, when there is something to complain about, I do take the time to complain. But the fact is that the Xbox 360 has the largest library of high-quality games this generation, and that won't change. So, there isn't much to complain about with the Xbox 360 library if quality games is what you desire.

It tells us that even when Sony has SIX YEARS to experiment with something, they STILL end up releasing an inferior product to something that Nintendo put in their Wii system--which sold for $350 less.

The simple fact is that the PS3 sixaxis technology is watered-down compared to what Nintendo offers in the Wii.

Nobody expected the Wii to become such a success, so Microsoft didn't feel a need to include any form of motion-sensitive technology, especially not watered-down motion-sensitve technology.

Now that there is a clear need to fulfill demands of consumers who want motion-sensitive technology, it is great to hear that Microsoft is going all the way to create full-featured technology similar to the Wii.

Personally, I could care less. After playing the Wii kiosk at GameStop and playing a couple more games at my brother's house, the motion-sensing feature just doesn't interest me at all. I can easily say the same for the Six-Axis. If the game allows me to turn the Six-Axis feature off, that's the first thing I do before playing it.

If they want montion controls they should imitate the sixaxis like the 11+ million ACTUAL OWNERS of the ps3 have enjoyed since the ps3 launched. Lair jokes in 3...2....1....
