MS has apologized for the Midnight Club DLC cock-up where some users grabbed a bad version of the DLC pack when it showed up on Xbox Live for a bit. The DLC was put on the marketplace mistakenly while it was being tested, so MS recomends you delete it if you have not already, since it can potentially cause problems for users."The Marketplace team has mentioned to me that a batch of Midnight Club: LA content went up accidentally on Xbox Live Marketplace this morning. It has since been removed, but you may have had the chance to download it while it was up there," said Graeme "AceyBongos" Boyd, Xbox community manager for Europe, on his blog.
