PSP-4000 A 'Complete Aesthetic Overhaul' With Sliding Screen > |

This is rumor mill for sure, but the new PSP-4000 is supposedly on the horizon. The unit will be a total aesthetic overhaul of the unit, but the base technology will remain the same. The PSP-4000 is not a PSP2, apparently, but just a rearranging of the parts using the existing technology. There is rumored to be a new sliding screen on the front, and if the unit is going to look anything like the mock-up at the link, we are in for a real treat. The unit should be release for Holiday 2009, according to VG247, and we should hear more at this year's E3 Expo.
