oh hell yeah!!!! i have been holding on to my copy of shenmue 2, now i can play it again!

I could not have said it any better myself!!!!!!

Shenmue 2 is now backward compatible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I said to myself, "I am never going to play Shenmue 2 until it is backward compatible on the Xbox 360, because I want to play it in high definition with all of that 4x anti-aliasing of the Xbox 360 applied to it."

I wrote to the backward compatibility people on the xbox360 website many times and asked for Shenmue 2...and I am SOOOOOOO HAPPPPPY that they made this one of the games that is now compatible with the Xbox 360!!!!

I agree with that sexy nerd. I'm also surprised that mechassault or conker didn't make the cut as they were some of the most successful of the first party titles. Thank god we get Whacked! though...

Hell Yeah!, I sold my copy like a dumbazz, (Amazon got my back though)

how about capcom versus snk 2, there's still top players for that online...

As for Shenmoo 2, who the fuck you kidding...

Nitpickers love Dreamcast version better, at least they didn't change the Hong Kong Dollars sign on those vending machines!

Plus like i said, didn't they take out 4x anti aliasing due to fuckups with certain games like Splinter cell?

Plus when does upscale look any better? Doesn't that what you applied on earlier say when its on Sony Camp?

No, Microsoft did not take out the 4x anti aliasing. When Xbox 360 games are upconverted to a maximum resolution of 1080p, it does look very noticably better. I have seen two games running on the same HDTV in a store, and you could tell the difference quite a bit. Xbox 360 clearly has a major advantage when it comes to the quality of backwards compatibility in that regard.

I should also mention that I love the Shenmue series, and I am very thankful that Microsoft made Shenmue 2 compatible with the Xbox 360...now, if only we can get Panzer Dragoon Orta!

By the way...one of the 28 games on the list that Gamers Reports provides a link to is not included...that game is Soul Caliber 2!!!!!

I am very excited to see what Soul Caliber 2 will look like on the Xbox 360!

shenmue 2, i can pick that up for €10 in this second hand shop... is it really worth it?!
