	Sony's 2.41 Firmware is available for download via the System Update on your Playstation 3 console. Among the new ability of not bricking your console; the minor update adds a new 4th "tab" to show your last played game, time and date, take a Look. Also, the "Crown" Platinum trophy has been transformed into an actual trophy w/ a crystal globe inside.

1 new F&cking tab, there goes an improvement. Now you can rest better knowing you can look up when you last played your last gimped version of a multiplatform game or better yet I can see when I last played MGS4 with only 5 hrs of gameplay I can replay it 2 or 3 times in 1 day until I brain was myself to say its the best thing ever! Boy I can't wait to buy my PS3 this fall with all these great features the PS3 offers.

Complaining about the update is one thing but trying to add MGS4 to your daily Sony-Xbox war is just dumb. No matter what console a good game's a good game. Sorry to interrupt please continue regular bashing.

I'm not saying its not a good game or movie, the reason I bring that up because the same was said about Gear of Wars for being a short on gameplay.

MGS4 is an 15 hours gameplay unless you played twice, but with Gears of War is 6-7 hours unless you play twice then yea less than 6-7 hours...

tis true the one and only good MGS4 nearly made me buy a ps3 but i thought twice and added the money towards my new laptop.

I really never had a problem with Gears's length. But yea, it's shorter than MGS4 unless you're trying to speedrun it.

B1ueBurneR... where the hell did you get 5 hours? Takes an average of 15 to 20 hours for most people to finish.. and did you forget about multiplayer? Ah forget it... your just going to reply with more whining and bitching if I go on.

Then again, I still think most games should be at least 15 hrs for a single player experience. Except RPG's should be at least 30.

@Guitar2007, Silly rabbit, if you count multiplayer on Gears vs MGS4, gears whoop ass. Did you ever hear about big boss Emblem? you have to beat the game in 5hrs as per Konami to get it. so yeah that makes it beatable in 5hrs maybe less on easy. ..never mind here.

guitar2007: I think B1ue was talkign about the speedruns that people are posting on the internet. Thats where we get the joke that MGS4 is more cut scenes than gameplay. I think we all know that the average person would take much longer to play MGS4. I know my sorry a$$ would. I suck at games like that. It's jsut funny that for all the hype about a 50GB Blu-Ray disc being insufficient for MGS4 that Kojima didn't even fill the disc to it's capacity. And that the space was used for mostly cut scenes. It's why I don't think Blu-Ray was necessary for this round of consoles. The 360 is 2 1/2 years old and the only 2 games it has that are multidisc are Blue Dragon and Lost Oddysey. Both JRPG's. Both full of cut scenes.

Sorry I got off topic there. You don't want me to get started on Blu-Ray...
