The PS3 racer Motorstorm Pacific Rift has sold over 1 million copies, according to Sony's worldwide Studios Boss Michael Denny. In an interview with GI, Denny said that despite the crowded release schedule, the title was doing very well, and Evolution Studios is already at work on downloadable content. Great news!

I need to rent it and check it out. I'm hoping that by February or March, it'll drop in price and I can pick it up on the cheap. Of course, by then I'll be into Killzone 2, so I may not care.
