The press conference from Sony at the GamesCom expo has just finished, and here are the details. Check back at the end for the full list of announcements.There will be a new HOMESpace added that is themed to go with the SingStar games.Euro PSN users can now use PSN Voucher cards. There will be 20euro and 50euro denominations.A Digital Reader for the PSP will be released in December. It will begin with a service called Digital Comics, which will release new comics every month. The first round will include Spider Man, X-Men, and Fantastic Four.A new PSP Mini service will be coming to the PSN. This service will be a new area on the PSN store offering smaller, cheaper game for the Sony handheld, very similar to the iPhone app store. EA will begin with Sudoku and Tetris, just like they did for Apple.New PSP-3000 colors will be coming to Europe, Turquoise (Green), Violet, and Pink. Totally hardcore guy colors, of course.The green PSP will be bundled with LittlebigPlanet PSP, Violet with the Hannah Montana game, and Pink with an unspecified game.Great news for Gran Turismo fans. Users who pre-order GT5 on the PS3 will get to download GT PSP free! Nice!The PSP camera, called the EyePet, will retail for $49.99 euros, and will come with a game. Eye Of Judgment will show on the expo floor for PSP.PS3 motion sensing control details will be announced at the Tokyo Game Show next month.The Big NewsKaz Hirai has officially announced the new PS3 Slim. It will be available the first week of September worldwide. It will be 120gb, and it will retail for $299 in North America, $299 euros, and 980 yen in Japan. That price will also apply to all current 80gb PS3 units, starting tomorrow. The PS3 slim is 32% smaller, 36% lighter, and uses 34% less power. Thats the end! The rumors can finally officially end.

Sweet titties. Now I can get 2 more for Christmas. I guess this is why the 360 Elite is supposed to drop to $299.00 also.

$299 is a hot price now, especially if it affects current PS3s :)
