There have been rumors and misinformation flying around all day, but now its more or less been confirmed. Those who are playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 early are getting banned. Even some who have legit copies are getting banned as well. You can see in the image there is even a ban screen we have not seen before. Best just wait until retail, folks.
