	Lair has changed a lot since we first saw the game way back when. IGN got to go hands-on with an "almost preview" build of the game, and they seem to be pretty positive about it. The game really takes advantage of the SixAxis tilt controls, which is great for open areas but according to IGN, gets tougher in tight chasms, etc. Check the link for the full details, and there are a few spoilers so beware. >Link

It's actually quite sad that I watched the IGN Video Interview and the first video I saw I was thinking "Whoa, that's some nice looking preview gameplay"... and then I realized it was just pre-rendered video. Frickn' pre-rendered video. Oh.. STICKY FIRE. Something the PS3 can do.. STICKY FIRE!

I think this game has the potential to be something truly epic, but from the footage I've seen it looks merely okay. I'd rather be playing Shadow of the Colossus to be honest.

I'm sure you guys know more about gaming than IGN :) Personally, I too am disappointed with the graphics of the game. Factor 5 set the bar too high when they released the E3 videos. I guess they didn't realize how much work and resources it would take to create a game of this scale.

The gameplay is going to be a hit or miss. If you like this type of game (ala Dynasty Warriors meet Panzer Dragoon), then you'll probably love it. Otherwise, you'll find the game rather repetitive.

Me? I'll give it a rental first.

Sega got to release another panzer dragoon and Shenmue3.

The last Panzer Dragoon game they made for the Xbox sucked ass. It was nothing compared to the others. I don't think they should release another one for the xbox360 or ps3.

How did Orta suck ass, sicbud? Is it because everything was better when you were 12, or did the game have some technical flaws I didn't notice?

It was an entertaining game don't get me wrong, but it was nothing compared to the old ones. I didn't like how the dragon was pretty much on a set path.. there was no sense of freedom at all. The graphics were good though so there was some eye candy to look at. I just felt like a lot of stuff was missing.

That's a rather pessimistic point of view. So if they fail once, they should never try again? :/

Orta was a good predecestor , it only fail in the "freedom" sense , because it was shaped as a simple trail/shooter, like the 1st and 2nd panzer dragoon.

Like you guys remember . panzer dragoon Saga was an complete RPG instead , and that was sopose to be the route to folow by orta.

However i think that sega should take the pd saga as an exemple and Make a complete new game in full HD glory!!!!

p.d- i would love to play a remake version of pd saga too.

I actually hope Lair is a good game. Factor Five made some great Star Wars themed games for Nintendo. At least I thought they were good... I actually want a reason to be jealous of PS3 owners right now... Blue-Ray doesnt count :p

I'll wait for the reviews, the gameplay looks too repetitive.. fly around in a dragon, kill hordes of foot soldiers, fight other dragons.
