Sony Says PS3 Will Remain Most Expensive Console > |

SCE Europe Boss David Reeves has stated that he believes the PS3 will always be the most expensive console on the market. Speaking to Eurogamer, he did say there is a possibility of a price cut, but no plans are currently on the table for that cut any time soon. If the cost of manufacturing comes down Reeves said they may drop the price, but for now, no dice. This is not the best of news in these harsh economic times.

i think that a price cut under the current conditions is suicide for Sony......is it something that is worth the trade off?
