Tempting...but I am NOT going to buy this Xbox Live Arcade game.

Official Xbox Magazine agrees with me that the #1 problem with Xbox Live is that Microsoft currently has Licenses from Xbox Live Arcade games that are written to each Console, rather than each Hard Drive or each Memory Card.

The problem with this is that if you eventually have an Xbox 360 that is defective (as many people do), or if you upgrade from a Pro system to an Elite system, then you will LOSE the License. This means that you will lose the ability to play your downloaded games Offline. And even if you are connected to Xbox Live, only the Gamertag that originally downloaded the games will be able to have access to them.

That SUCKS...

and THAT is why I am NOT buying any more Xbox 360 games, especially $10 ones.

Microsoft, if you want my business, then do what the Official Xbox Magazine said (and what you promised in the past--in March of 2007), and fix the "License" problem with the Xbox Live Arcade games.

Why buy this when u can get tha entire Anthology on PSP, PS2 or Wii, forget about achievements but online play sounds delightful though... Happy New Year everyone!
