The first signs of Street Fighter II make their way onto Xbox Live. Unfortunately the game isn't out yet, but a theme and 3 pictures packs were released. Click read more for details. (Thanks blazin)
The theme costs 150 points, each picture pack costs 100 points. Also here is the caption from the "More Info" for those of you not on your 360: Street Fither II defined gaming in the 1990s by revolutionizing the fighting game genre. Regarded as one of the greatest games of all time, Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting was the third and final release of the original Street Fighter II series. Featuring the original eight world warrios including Ryu, Chun Li, and Guile - along with playable boss characters Balrog, Sagat, and M. Bison - Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting offered enchanced gameplay speed and improved character balancing. Now revamped for Xbox Live Arcade, Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting includes HD TV support, Achievements, Leaderboards, and multiplayer combat over Xbox Live. Maybe they need to say "Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting" 8 more times to get the name across. :) The picture packs are headshots of the following characters:Picture Pack 1: Ryu, Vega, Blanka, & ZangiefPicture Pack 2: Ken, E. Honda, Balrog, & M. BisonPicture Pack 3: Chun-Li, Sagat, Dhalism, & Guile This game is long over due for release on Live. We can only hope they have been testing and fixing it so it is just as much fun as the original. |
