	Capcom spoke to 1Up about the "small text" HDTV Dead Rising issue and instead of giving an official statement and announcing a patch, they just recommend adjusting settings on your tv/monitor, changing cables, or setting the tv to widescreen instead of 4:3. Way to go? >Link

It's probably just not feasible to go back and change every instance of text, I'm sure they would if it was achievable. I'm sure people will cope though and Capcom will no doubt learn something from this aswell as other dev's.

Well, atleast Capcom actually offered a solution.. CapCom have always been a great company, I bet any other companies would just ignore the problem completely and go on to make a sequel to whatever crappy game users had a problem with(not talking about dead rising :P)

the fact of the matter is the 360 is best viewed on a decent screen. Either put up or shut up is all I have to say

Are you kidding me with this elitist crap? Capcom's QA in this is laughable, it's beyond laughable. Monkeys would've figured this out. Until HDTV is THE STANDARD, game designers need to either clearly designate that a game is HDTV only or accomodate both formats.
