2008/05/06 8:42:51: Posted by DM
Take Two has filed suit against the Chicago Transit Authority for its pulling of GTAIV ads. The publisher claims that the transit authority and its sales agent, Titan Outdoor LLC, have breached a USD 300,000 contract by removing the ads only a few days after they were put up. Take Two is seeking a court order to force the CTA to run the ads, as well as 300,000USD in damages for violation of the publisher's first amendment rights.
