Just a quick post folks, if you go to downloads, then XBLA, then all games, then look under UMK3 you will see the game for download. It is not under new releases! Get it now before it disappears!

Apparently, Midway is eyeing the Wii launch window. They are planning to have The Grim Adventures Of Billy and Mandy ready for the console's debut. Not one of our most anticipated titles, but hopefully it will be fun nonetheless.

Gameinformer spoke to Alexander Offerman. When asked about a psi-ops sequel he said it was unlikely to happen.

Quote: 'While he admitted that he'd never say "never" the chances for a Psi-Ops sequel is "not likely." Offermann did say that a Wii version would be fun with the potenial of the Wii remote, but nothing is currently planned.'

Blitz: The League, as most of you know, is Midway's answer to EA's hogging of the NFL license. Well, this year, Lawrence Tayor and Bill Romanowski will be the featured athletes in the game. They will both play main characters from one of the title's franchised teams.

In case you missed it, the PS2 version of the latest MK game, Armageddon, will feature an arcade perfect bonus version of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, one of the more popular incarnations of the game. Great news!

Midway today announced that the upcomign John Woo game starring Chow Yun-Fat, entitled Stranglehold, is now slated for a Q1 2007 release. TXB also has three new screenshots from the game which look decidedly mediocore, hopefully it is from an early build.

IGN is reporting that Midway has revealed MK: Armageddon, will be making it's way onto Nintendo Wii. This is good news for Nintendo fans and we are all curious on how the wiimote will work with this new fighter. Armageddon is the end-all fighter to the series. Over 60 characters, an all-new conquest mode based on Shaolin Monks, improved air-combat, custom fatalaties and a create-a-character mode are just a few of the features in this ultimate edition.

Midway has released the character select screen from the upcoming Mortal Kombat: Armageddon. This, the newest in the MK series, boasts a playable character roster that includes everyone who has ever shown up in the MK universe. Impressive.

Midway has revealed their E3 2006 game lineup. As you can see, they do not plan on showing many next-gen games, Strangelhold, UT2007, and a new Blitz game will pretty much be it. Then again, we can consider Blitz announed for next-gen systems we guess. Click read more for the full press info.
