Jack Thompson just cannot stay out of the news for long. Now it seems that our favorite anti-everything fun activist is suing Take 2 because they will not be providing him with a pre-release copy of the game Bully. Seems to us this is a bit like the Giants suing the Jets for their playbook. Thompson is claiming that Take 2 is providing the game only to reviewers who are proclaiming it "fun for children of all ages." We have never heard of a game being reviewed months prior to launch, have you?

The game was recently readded to Rockstar's roster for release this October.

The Federal Trade Commission has ended its investigation into Rockstar over the Hot Coffee incident which has caused the upheaval of the entire game industry. The FTC decided against imposing fines or taking other punitive actions, as long as Rockstar agrees to "establish, implement and maintain a comprehensive system reasonably designed to ensure that all content in an electronic game is considered and reviewed in preparing submissions to a rating authority."
